COTTAGE AMENITIES
Our cottages are one of Washington State’s premier vacation rental options. We offer both pet free, & pet friendly Cottages. They are comfortable, air conditioned, with 450 square feet of space, & include a living room with a premium sofa sleeper, cozy fireplace, & big screen TV. If you’re hoping to cook during your getaway in North Central Washington, our units come with kitchenettes equipped with all the basic cooking utensils, microwave oven, induction stove top, & under-counter refrigerator. Enjoy complimentary k-cup coffee or tea. Our vineyard cottages also have plenty of outdoor space, each with a private deck that offers 180-degree views of the Columbia Valley, an outdoor barbecue area, & an adjacent 12,000-square-foot-lawn. Complimentary J1772 EV car charging stations are available for cottage guests. You will find more stay information in our Welcome Book.

Please note our properties are run as short-term vacation rentals. Cancellations made outside of 5 days of check-in are fully refundable. A non-refundable booking fee of 4% will be applied to all stays.

THE RIVER HOUSE
Need more space? Our comfortable rental home sits on ½ an acre park-like setting, on the banks of The Columbia River. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in our standard offering that sleeps 6. With the option to add additional guests for $30 per head, per night, an extra 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchenette are available on the lower level. The River House can sleep up to 15* people. Features like corner windows, tranquil views across the lawn to the river, and a fire pit on the river’s edge. Built in 1947, recently updated & customized throughout, our short-term rental home is one you can really enjoy. Ideal for golfing & sporting groups, receptions, weddings, reunions & retreats. Guests must only use the number of beds that are needed to avoid additional charges. A minimum 2 night stay is required for weekends and holidays. The River House is pet & family friendly. Available between April & October.

Lone Point Cellars’ cottages and River House are all great options for your next Washington state cabin getaway. The River House is more significant than our cottages at 2,900 square feet, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It can sleep up to 15 people. The cottages, on the other hand, are 480 square feet and can sleep up to three. The cottages are also on a different property section than the River House. Each of the cottages is between our vineyard and the ridgeline and offers incredible views of the Columbia Valley. The River House, as its name suggests, is located on the banks of the Columbia River and even has a boat dock conveniently situated behind it.
