10/15 Chef's Dinner

Thursday October 15th Chef's Dinner between 6pm-8pm

$60 with a paired Wine Tasting with each course (gratuity not included)

Appetizer - Quail Breast Poppers

Quail Breast stuffed with cream cheese & jalapeños wrapped in bacon. Served with a berry sauce.

Salad - Roasted Sweet Potato Salad

Roasted sweet potatoes served on a kale & mixed greens with dried cranberries, pecans & goat cheese. Tossed in our cider & honey mustard dressing.

Entrée - Pheasant Marsala

Pheasant breasts cooked in a creamy Marsala wine sauce served over a bed of wild rice with seasoned vegetables.

Dessert - Fresh Apple Dumplings

Our very own home grown apples incased in a pastry & baked in a cinnamon & vanilla caramel sauce. Served with vanilla ice cream.
