Thursday July 9th Chef's Dinner between 6pm-8pm
$60 with a paired Wine Tasting with each course (gratuity not included)
Appetizer - Seafood stuffed mini peppers- Crab & shrimp with gouda & cheddar cheese.
Salad - Summer berry salad- Spinach & spring mix topped with mixed summer berries, feta cheese, glazed pecans, red onion & our house balsamic dressing.
Entrée - Prime Rib, hand rubbed with our house seasoning cooked to perfection, served with a baked potato & seasoned vegetables.
Dessert - Chocolate truffles with fresh raspberry sauce.
