Appetizer - Crab Rangoon with spicy cucumbers.
Salad - Summer Asian Salad Napa Cabbage mix topped with mandarine oranges, green onion, sliced toasted almonds & finished with a light champagne vinaigrette.
Entrée - Teriyaki Salmon served on a bed of jasmine rice with steamed vegetables.
