Appetizer - Shrimp Toast Toasted Baguette with herbed whipped cheese & shrimp, finished with parmesan baked to perfection.
Salad - Kale & Apple Salad Fresh Kale & Romaine mix with red Cabbage, Carrot, Cranberries, Apple, glazed Almonds & a light vinaigrette.
Entrée - 6oz Fillet Mignon served with a side of Gorgonzola sauce, creamy Garlic mashed Potatoes & seasoned Vegetables.
Dessert - Cheesecake with fresh Blueberry sauce.
