Creamy melted cheeses with sweet corn and spicy jalapeño finished with lime juice & cilantro served with tortilla chips.
Salad - Southwest Chop Salad
Romaine, green cabbage, black beans, tomato, green onion & corn with a cilantro lime dressing.
Entrée - Grilled Maple Chipotle Tomahawk Pork chop served with smokey gouda scalloped potatoes & summer Mango Coleslaw.
Dessert - Classic Creme Brûlée with summer fruit.
