Appetizer - Bruschetta Toasted baguette with a herbed Ricotta spread topped with garden fresh Tomatoes, Basil, & Garlic. With a drizzle of Olive Oil.
Salad - Watermelon Arugula Summer Salad Baby Arugula mixed with sweet seedless Watermelon & Parmesan. Finished with our light Lemon & Olive Oil Vinaigrette.
Entrée - Lemon Chicken Chicken Breast seasoned & baked in fresh Lemon juice, White Wine, Garlic, fresh Thyme & Oregano. Served on a bed of Basmati Rice with garden Green Beans.
Dessert - Mocha Chocolate Chip Icebox Cake Layers of Chocolate chip cookies with mocha cream.
